- Shipping Duration: Shipping generally takes approximately 7 to 14 business days to reach its destination, applicable to all countries.
- Shipping Notification: When your order is dispatched, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number to monitor its progress.

- Orders equal to or exceeding $69 qualify for free shipping worldwide.
Delivery
- Total Delivery Time: The time it takes for you to receive your order is the sum of the order processing time and shipping time. For instance, if you order a coat, it will require 1-2 business days for processing and an additional 7-14 business days for shipping. Therefore, you can anticipate receiving it within 8-16 business days, regardless of the country.
- Logistics Matching: Our system automatically selects the most suitable distribution logistics based on factors such as the sales platform, product size, and weight.
- PO Box Addresses: If your order’s street address contains “PO Box,” the system will review and judge based on the delivery logistics you choose. If the selected logistics method cannot deliver to a “PO Box” address, the system will flag the order as abnormal, and our customer service team will contact you to modify the address or cancel the order.
Tracking Your Order Status
