What to Do If Your Credit/Debit Card Payment Is Declined

In the event that your payment is declined, you will need to initiate a new order. Unfortunately, we are unable to reinstate orders once a payment has been declined.

- Security Code: Ensure that you have entered the three – digit security code (CVV) accurately. This code is located on the back of your card (for most cards).
- Card Issuer Decline: Your card issuer may have declined the payment without providing us with a specific reason. In this case, it is advisable to contact them or your bank directly to inquire about the decline.
- Alternative Payment: If you have verified all the above details and the payment is still declined, consider using another card or a different payment method available on our platform.

- 3D Secure Decline: If your payment was declined via 3D Secure, you will need to get in touch with your bank for further information. 3D Secure is an additional security layer that may require you to enter a password, receive a security code via email or phone, or use other authentication methods like fingerprint or two – factor authentication, depending on your bank’s policies.
- Error Message: If you encounter an error message during the payment process, please provide us with as many details as possible about the issue, including the exact error message you received. Our dedicated support team will work to resolve the problem as quickly as we can.
