  • Card Issuer Decline: Your card issuer may have declined the payment without providing us with a specific reason. In this case, it is advisable to contact them or your bank directly to inquire about the decline.
  • Alternative Payment: If you have verified all the above details and the payment is still declined, consider using another card or a different payment method available on our platform.

  • 3D Secure Decline: If your payment was declined via 3D Secure, you will need to get in touch with your bank for further information. 3D Secure is an additional security layer that may require you to enter a password, receive a security code via email or phone, or use other authentication methods like fingerprint or two – factor authentication, depending on your bank’s policies.
